As Chair of the LAUSD Community Advisory Committee, he stood up for families, pushed for better support for students with special needs, and created the Parent Ambassador program that now connects parents and schools across the district.
As a community leader, JP brings real-world problem-solving, integrity, and a proven record of getting results. He’s helped improve school policies, spearheaded Grab & Go meal programs during the COVID crisis, and makes parent voices heard at every level.
